Chuck Coulson died recently and as founding father of Prison Fellowship (www.prisonfellowship.org.uk) internationally he will be remembered during Prisons Week 2012. #33RPM has been enlisted by Prison Fellowship (England and Wales) to give an added impetus to this November week.
